This article analyzes the effectiveness of Role-playing methodology in teaching foreign languages. The research reveals the importance of Role-playing games in developing communicative skills of school students in the process of learning foreign languages. According to the research results, Role-playing games increase students' communication activity in a foreign language, form independent learning skills, and strengthen motivation to learn the language. The article also provides recommendations on organizing and conducting Role-playing games and their integration into the educational process.
