Annotatsiya

The article examines the development of conducting skills among teachers and students during choral activities in music culture lessons at general education schools. Each component of vocal and choral skills is linked to specific functions of conducting gestures, and a three-stage methodological system is proposed for the progressive teaching of conducting gestures across grade levels. This system enables teachers to use hand movements to control the breathing, intonation, and ensemble coordination of a children’s choir.
