The article analyzes the importance and specific features of control over the construction of multi-storey residential buildings in combating corruption. It examines the factors contributing to existing problems in the construction of multi-storey residential buildings from the perspective of legal practice. The article also comprehensively addresses the importance of construction control, its role in socio-economic development and combating corruption, and its legal implications. The proposed scholarly approach is aimed at improving the effectiveness of current law enforcement practice.
