This article provides a concise review of existing literature pertaining to Chronic Lymphocytic Inflammation with Pontine Perivascular Enhancement Responsive to Steroids (CLIPPERS) syndrome. The discussion encompasses key aspects such as differential diagnoses, characteristic clinical manifestations, and distinctive MRI features associated with CLIPPERS syndrome, as well as current treatment modalities. Furthermore, the authors present a case study of a 19-year-old patient from Fergana, Uzbekistan, exhibiting clinical and radiological findings suggestive of CLIPPERS syndrome.
