The purpose of the study. Analysis of stabilometric indicators of motor disorders in patients in the inpatient period after ischemic stroke in the carotid basin and monitoring of their dynamics against the background of rehabilitation measures using biological resistance training. Materials and methods. The study involved 104 patients: 69 men (66.3%) and 38 women (33.7%) aged 18 to 74 years, with an average age of 55.3±2.2 years. Patients with recurrent ischemic stroke were selected for the study in the Department of Neurology of the Bukhara Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center. The duration of acute ischemic cerebral circulatory disorders in the carotid basin ranged from 6 months to 3 years. Results and discussion: after the rehabilitation course, the muscular strength of the upper and lower mucous membranes increased significantly. Before starting therapy, the MRCS score showed the following results. Conclusion: the results of the stabilometric analysis conducted in this way showed a significant decrease in the values of the main stabilometric indicators, which indicates an improvement in stability function, a decrease in balance and coordination disorders.
