Вертебробазилярная недостаточность определяется как транзиторная ишемия вертебробазилярного кровообращения. Наиболее распространенными симптомами являются головокружение, вертиго, головные боли, рвота, диплопия, слепота, атаксия, нарушение равновесия и слабость с обеих сторон тела.
