Annotatsiya

Sleep disorders are one of the actual problems of neurology, and the relevance of the problem is determined by the increase in the population of senile age. The paper analyzes the polysomnographic study of examined patients with sleep disorders. In the scientific work, 66 (100%) patients were examined, of which 38 (57.6%) were men, 28 (52.4%) were women. It has been proven that with the progression of the severity of chronic cerebral ischemia, the architectonics of sleep is disturbed in the form of an increase in the representation of the first and second stages of non-REM sleep and a decrease in the third stage and phase of REM sleep. A relationship was also found between the concentration of melatonin in the blood and changes in the architecture of sleep.
