This article provides a comprehensive analysis of hormonal changes in patients with Turner syndrome (TS), including those with mosaic karyotype and structural chromosomal abnormalities. Patients with mosaic karyotype of Turner syndrome exhibit characteristic endocrine disorders, although their severity may be less pronounced compared to the classic karyotype (45,X0). The presence of structural chromosomal abnormalities is also associated with significant hormonal disturbances, including hypothyroidism and hypogonadism. These findings highlight the importance of comprehensive endocrinological monitoring and intervention to improve patients' quality of life.
