The aim of the study was to improve the diagnosis of chronic tonsillitis in adolescent girls. We examined 48 patients who were hospitalized in the departments of Otorhinolaryngology and Pediatric Gynecology at the clinic of Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in 2017-2018. Patients were divided into 2 groups Group 1 included 32 adolescent girls with chronic tonsillitis. Group 2 included 16 adolescent girls with late hormonal maturity on the background of chronic tonsillitis. All patients underwent a complete clinical examination, survey, examination of ENT organs, endoscopy, microbiological examination, determination 'of the amount of hormones in the blood. The study showed that the diagnosis of chronic tonsillitis in adolescent girls being significant makes it possible to choose the right treatment tactics.
