The aim of the study was to improve the diagnosis of chronic tonsillitis in adolescent girls. We examined 48 patients who were hospitalized in the departments of Otorhinolaryngology and Pediatric Gynecology at the clinic of Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute in 2017-2018. Patients were divided into 2 groups. Group 1 included 32 adolescent gills with chronic tonsillitis. Group 2 included 16 adolescent girls with late hormonal maturity on the background of chronic tonsillitis. All patients underwent a complete clinical examination, survey, examination of ENT organs, endoscopy, microbiological examination, determination of the amount of hormones in the blood, also carried out a comprehensive treatment. The study showed that the diagnosis and complex treatment of chronic tonsillitis in adolescent gii*ls normalizes the amount of hormones in the blood, and also improves the condition of patients.
