Conducted statistical research of the occurrence of head and neck tumors, as well as the analysis of the status of oncological sendees for 2008-2016 in the Republic of Uzbekistan allowed to determine the priority directions in the organization of oncological specialized assistance to the population, corresponding to the modem development of medical science. The implementation of preventive measures allowed both to increase the detectability of patients with malignant neoplasms of the I - II stage, and to reduce the incidence of the localized process of the 1П - IV stage of the disease.
