In the dental pathology structure of school-age children one of the leading places is taken by dentoalveolar anomalies. These diseases significantly effect on quality of life. An informational search for the relationship of somatic pathology and dentoalveolar anomalies according to domestic and foreign literature data is conducted by authors. Presented Information in accessible literature was quite variable due to socio economic, regional and population distinctions of surveyed groups. Interrelation of local disorders in maxillofacial area at children and teenagers with general diseases allows systematizing dentoalveolar anomalies and deformations as multiorgan, socially significant pathology. Authors come to conclusion that it is necessary to develop forecast programs based on application of automated screening systems, as important preventive phase of an organization of specialized medical care for children’s population.
