The article presents data on risk factors after surgical complications of dental implantation. It was found that for the effectiveness of dental prosthetics depends not only on the functional mechanical stresses on the implants, but also on biological factors associated with the developing processes in the tissues of the oral cavity and on the surface of the implant.
