A clinical case of the development of bilateral ophthalmic hypertension after the installation of an intravascular implant - a flow stent in the left internal carotid artery in the projection of the aneurysm neck is described, which may be of interest not only to ophthalmologists, but also confirms the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in the surgical treatment of supraclinical aneuiysm (internal carotid artery aneurysm), which implies die mandatory awareness of neurosurgeons, vascular surgeons, ophthalmologists about possible sensations from tire organ of vision.
