After various interventions, postoperative defects often occur in the areas of the anterior, middle and other parts of the hard palate or on the border of the hard and soft palate and the number of complications in the postoperative period remains high (from 10 to 30%). One of the reasons for unsatisfactory results is a violation of the oral microbiocenosis in these children. Since the correction of the oral microbiocenosis in individuals with various dental diseases is a necessary addition to the treatment regimen providing a protective effect on the growth of opportunistic bacteria, special attention is paid to the use of directed biocorrection drugs that restore eubiosis.
