Advantages of two-stage implantation with the use of piezosurgery for bone splitting and autogenous blood plasma enriched with platelets The article considers the use of ultrasonic bone surgery in dentistry and maxillo-facial surgery, provides a brief review of literature. The authors presents the indications and advantages of using this technique bone preparation for implantation. The article also describes applied aspects and explains the most efficient, according to the authors, using the method of piezo-instruments for bone splitting and autogenous platelet-rich blood plasma in the practice of an oral surgeon.
