The article describes the effectiveness of using in clinical practice the algorithm of outpatient preparation for orthognathic operations of 52 patients with skeletal forms of deformities of the jaws v\dth interdisciplinary participation. The phased implementation of outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic measxires with the participation of various specialists led to the elimination of foci of chronic infections of the oral cavity, nose, pharynx, and paranasal sinuses, to the correction of abnormal changes in the soft tissues and deformations of the dentition in all patients. The created optimal condition for reconstructive operations on the jaws is the prevention of postoperative inflammatory complications and recurrence of deformities of the jaws.
