In this article it is mentioned about the achieved success in the crania-facial surgery during the rehabilitation of the patients by the deformations of facial skeletons. Existing failures during the treatment of this category of patients is linked up to the contradictions of opinions of practical doctors in the occasion of the unified classification and the morph functional essence of the deformation of the facial skeleton. It is stated about the perspective combined diagnosis and the treatment, taken part by different specialists.
