Use of vazaprostan in complex treatment patients with parenchymatous sialadenitis in a stage of an aggravation in the field of amazed salivary gland renders good therapeutic effect, which is proved by clinical data and results of reological and biological researches (laktoferrin concentration, middlemolecularpeptids and sum of primary and secondary products of hyperxide acidification lipids).
