In case of severely atrophic alveolar ridge in posterior area of mandible and maxilla, Ridge Augmentation with bone graft, Distraction Osteogenesis, Implantation with short and wide Implant, Inferior Alveolar Nerve Transpositioning, Bypass mandibular canal is possible for implant restoration.
