There were explored microbial landscape 88 patients with sinusitis under good new formation cavity of the nose and paranasal sinuses (the main group) in comparison with 34 patients with primary sinusitis. Also studied aspectual composition of the secret beside examined depending on stage of wide-spread of the process. It is installed that beside sick main group dominate anaerobic flora and aerobic-anaerobic association’s microbe firm to broadly used antibacterial preparation, as well as fungus. It is revealed that frequency of carve anaerobe and fungus increases on measure of the spreading tumor process
