In the Republican scientific center of neuro-surgery 156 patients with combined craniofacial traumas were surveyed. The joint survey of the adjacent experts, realization of duly diagnostics and rendering of emergency medical aid is recommended. The necessity of simultaneous participation of the several experts of a various structure at one patient is emphasized, is especial when the urgent specialized emergency help on each structure is required. The supervision convincingly confirm, that the time past from the moment of a trauma prior to the beginning the specialized treatment is a determinative determining outcomes of a craniofacial trauma.
