Recently the need for carrying out of plastic reconstructive operations with use tissue expansion has increased. The important advantage of it is the opportunity considerably to increase a surface of the adjacent intact fabrics and effectively to use them as a plastic material besides compensation of the lost skin occurs most relatives on color, to structure and thickness fabrics. Results of reconstructive - regenerative rehabilitation at patients with heavy extensive cicatricial deformations after therapies, allow to consider the suggested techniques as a new effective direction in surgical rehabilitation.
