Effectiveness of inhaled antibiotic Framicetin (Sinulor) in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis in normal and impaired permeability of the maxillary anastomosis has been studied. The study included patients with exacerbation of exudative forms of chronic maxillary sinusitis. Exclusion criteria were Caldwell-Luc surgery in the past or opening of the maxillary sinus through the lower nasal meatus. The purpose was to study the relationship between the treatment efficacy and a patency of a natural anastomosis of a sinus, as well as associated asthma and «aspirin triad». All patients underwent endoscopy of a nasal cavity and a middle meatus, diagnostic puncture of the sinus and assessment of an anastomotic patency degree or nasal rinsing through anastomosis with the registration of a type and amount of exudate. The results of the study allows to conclude that Fra-mycetin demonstrates maximum effectiveness in the treatment of maxillary sinusitis with] a widely patent anastomosis.
