In 97 childrens with congenital cleft palate were investigated the role of infectione foci in the nasopharinx and lungs in the regulation oftrombocytes characteristics.There was considered the dysbalans of the POL-AOS system: the excess activity of POL on decreased results of AOS thal leads to the changing of activity ofagregation ofthetrombocytes.
