Authors have studied orthopantomograms of 221 jaws. From them 69 children from neutral and 152 children with secondary deformations of a tooth alignment in the period of a replaceable bite. On orthopantomograms of jaws average parameters of the linear and angular sizes of jaws and their certain sites have been determined. On the basis of these indicators it was possible to reveal existence of secondary jaws of deformation.
