It was evaluated 112 cephalograms, in the same amount, following Ricketts', in distal and mesial occlusion patients. The results of investigation determined a tendency of normal position and absence of maxillary macrognathia, distal position of mandible and lower incisors'protrusion in patients with distal occlusion. It was a tendency of distal position of maxilla with mesial position of chin.
