The accumulated literary, scientific and practical data indicate that preventive measures to prevent dental caries and periodontal diseases should be initiated in the antenatal period of the child's development and continue in the postnatal period of his life. These comprehensive preventive measures should include: protecting the health of the mother from various diseases during pregnancy, providing rational nutrition, Quality drinking water with a normal content of fluoride. After the birth of the baby, breastfeeding should be continued until the age of 1.5 to 2.0 years, provide rational nutrition, drinking water with a normal fluoride content, protect against various colds and acute infectious diseases. Starting from the eruption of first primary teeth the parents should celan the oral cavity of the child, from the 2 year of age they start to teach the child how to dean the teeth properly. And in the places of residence of bacteria to achieve the cleanliness of the ecology of the environment, water, biosubstrates of the earth, which also have a solid attitude in the prevention ofvarious diseases, including dental caries and periodontal diseases.
