Актуальными является диагностика аллергических стоматитов у лиц пользующихся различными конструкциями зубных протезов изготовленных их металлов и акриловых пластмасс, а так же дифференциальной диагностики аллергических и токсических стоматитов. В большинстве лечебных стоматологических утверждениях не решены вопросы клинической. лабораторной и специфической диагностики аллергических заболеваний у лиц, пользующихся протезами (в том числе и новыми) определение гаптенов в слюне. Остаются не решенными вопросы специфической и не специфической терапии аллергических заболеваний среди ортопедов стоматологов.
