In the article the questions of preoperative analysis, planning and selection patients for rhinoplasty are illustrated. Literature analysis of unsatisfactory results has been performed. It is noted that the psychoemotional interaction between patient and surgeon is important. Methods of surgical treatment of nasal deformities present special interest not only for cosmetic defects and psychological problems, also for serious functional disturbances.
