Annotatsiya

At studying of the children serum with temporomandibular joint pathology matrix metalloproteinases 1 and 9 types, which played a central role in metabolism of connective tissue proteins revealed that there were a change of matrix metalloproteinases type 1, 3, 9 activity in serum at surveyed children, that indicated remodeling of connective tissue. It were established differences in amount, nature and localization of collagen and elastic fibers along with expression disorders of protein-coding genes determined multilevel changes in microarchitectonics of dentoalveolar anomalies in children with temporomandibular joint pathology.
