Determining the clinical presentation of defects allowed choosing the method for removing them. Patients were divided into three groups, dependmg on the localization of the defect: 1 group - patients with defects of the upper jaw with intact dentition of the remaining upper jaw - 68 people; 2 group - patients with defects of the upper and lower jaw with partial defect of dentition of the remaining upper and lower jaw - 53 people; 3 group - patients with extensive defects of the upper jaw, facial soft tissues anf full secondary adentia of the alveolar bone on the remaining upper jaw -13 people.
