Изучение возможности использования лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии сосудов пародонта для выявления заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы на стоматологическом приёме. Материал и методы: в исследовании, проведённом нами в течение 2016-2017 гг. приняли участие 54 пациента в возрасте от 35 до 55 лет. находившиеся на лечении в стоматологической поликлинике ФГБОУ ВО «ВолгГМУ» Минздрава России по поводу заболеваний пародонта различной степени тяжести. Все пациенты отрицали у себя наличие заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы или не знали об их существовании. Результаты: в результате проведённых исследований наличие сердечно-сосудистого заболевания было заподозрено у 31 (57,4%) пациента, которым рекомендовали обследование у врача-клинициста. Проконсультировались у участкового терапевта 22 (40,74%) человека Выводы: включение лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии в алгоритм обследования пациентов с пародонтитом невыясненной этиологии позволит снизить риск осложнений. связанных с поздней диагностикой ССЗ. и повысит качество оказания медицинской помощи на селению.
