Rehabilitation of patients with malignant tumors and defects of the maxillofacial region allowed choosing the mb-thod for removing them. Patients were divided into three groups, depending on the localization of the defect: 1 group - patients with defects of the upper jaw with intact dentition of the remaining upper jaw - 68 people; 2 group - patients with defects of the upper and lower jaw with partial defect of dentition of the remaining upper and lower jaw - 53 people; 3 group - patients with extensive defects of the upper jaw. facial soft tissues anf full secondary adentia of the alveolar bone on the remaining upper jaw - 13 people.
