The generally accepted idea of “Cystic neoplasms”, due to the introduction of computed tomography into medical practice, consists of simple cysts, benign cysts, cysts with multiple septa, doubtful cysts (unclear whether they are benign or malignant) and cystic cancer.the features of the above conditions have not yet been studied in relation to the Tcrotal organs. In this direction, although there is certain scientific information regarding their clinic and diagnosis, a specific classification has not been compiled, and there is also no literature data on simultaneous methods in the complex of their treatment. Generalization and development of unified tactics in this direction will improve the provision of urological care to this category of patients.
