The article provides scientific information on the classification of sciences, including medical sciences from the time of Aristotle, Engels, Hegel to the present day, in a historical context. Scientific ideas on the classification of sciences are based on primary sources. The author emphasizes the imperfection of the developed classifications, especially regarding medical sciences.
