In the review article devoted to medical-social and organizational-psychological problems of the urinary system, scientific and statistical data are presented, showing the growth of a number of urological diseases: especially such as urinary tract infection, urolithiasis, prostate diseases and OP, the need for close attention to the late appeal of patients is emphasized, especially the lack of development of the parameters of preventive medicine and early detection of urological diseases.
