Based on the regulatory provisions in the field of medicine in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the authors provide some indicators of the state of urological care for the population at the outpatient and polyclinic level. Optimization and improvement of urological care in the context of major socio-economic reforms, increased efficiency and prevention, early detection, availability of diagnostics and treatment are indicated.
