Atopic dermatitis is a common chronic skin disease, the pathogenesis of which is largely associated with a congenital or acquired deficiency of the filaggrin protein. In recent years, a lot of data has been obtained on the causes of the flag green shortage. The structure and functions of this protein have been described, which opens up new possibilities for the benefits of treating atopic dermatitis.
