A review of modern scientific literature on the diagnosis and treatment of urinary origin in intraperitoneal injuries of the bladder provides information on the state of emergency and urgent knowledge and assistance both in case of injuries of the lower urinary tract and in their complications with urinary peritonitis. It is indicated that retrograde tension cystography is considered. The “gold standard” for diagnosing intraperitoneal bladder rupture. The effectiveness of ozone therapy in the complex treatment of urinary peritonitis is emphasized.
