The review covers current information about laparoscopic and retroperitoneoscopic operations in urology, which cover all the various methods of minimally invasive interventions. Literature data on the advantages of laparoscopic and retroperitoneoscopic methods, as well as their disadvantages, are presented. Their diagnostic and therapeutic values are indicated for various urological diseases.
