The generalized definition of "cystic nodules" in the kidneys according to M.A. Bosnik (1986) includes:1 Simple thin-walled cyst. without septa and calcifications; 2. A benign cyst containing several septa and calcifications; 3. Cysts that contain multiple septa; 4. Questionable cystic formations with thickened walls and excesses, benign or malignant; 5. Clearly malignant formations, including cancer. Until now, the diagnosis and treatment of these conditions have not been thoroughly studied, which is what our study is dedicated to. The use of differentiated methods for the differential treatment of the diagnosis of cystic neoplasms in the kidneys will improve the provision of urological care to this category of patients.
