Of particular concern is the problem of surgical intervention on both testicles (bilateral pulpectomy for prostate cancer). The choice of the optimal variant of access to the organs of the scrotum by scrototomy in these diseases can reduce the time of the operation, reduce tissue trauma, accelerate the duration of the disease of the surgical wound, and maintain cosmeticity.
