The article presents a systematic review of modern surgical approaches to the treatment of ulnar fractures. The anatomical and biomechanical characteristics of these injuries are analyzed, and the effectiveness of various osteosynthesis methods—including locking plates, intramedullary fixation, external fixation, combined and minimally invasive techniques—is compared. Key factors influencing surgical decision-making are highlighted. Special attention is given to innovative directions such as biodegradable materials, 3D planning, and personalized osteosynthesis. Prospective research areas and approaches to standardization in this field are identified
