The article examines modern directions for improving legislation governing entrepreneurial activity in the tourism sector. It analyzes the main problems of the legal regulation of tourism entrepreneurship, the digitalization of tourism services, the development of new forms of tourism, support for business entities, and investment attraction. Particular attention is paid to improving the legal framework in accordance with current trends in the tourism industry and international experience. The article also provides practical recommendations aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of state regulation and creating favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in the tourism sector.
