This article presents the psychological and methodological foundations for developing explosive abilities in football players. In the study, vertical jump performance was measured using the “SPORK” device, and simple reaction time was assessed with an electronic reaction timer. Before each training session, athletes performed 5 jumps daily following the instruction to “beat the previous result.” No pronounced differences in improvement were found across temperament types.
