This article analyzes the structure and content of physical training for 10–15-year-old athletes engaged in team sports from a scientific and methodological perspective. It highlights that the interrelated development of strength, speed, endurance, agility, coordination, and flexibility in young athletes is an important foundation for effective game performance. The article examines the integration of physical training with technical and tactical preparation, the need to plan training loads in accordance with age and biological maturation, and the practical significance of modern training methods. It is shown that plyometric exercises, supervised strength exercises, short sprints, rapid change-of-direction drills, interval methods, and coordination tasks effectively contribute to the development of young athletesʼ physical potential. The research findings may serve as an important methodological basis for the scientifically grounded organization of training for 10–15-year-old athletes in team sports, reducing the risk of injuries and ensuring long-term athletic development.
