This article addresses the assessment of functional and psychophysiological state in 18-year-old football players. The study employed the “Fazagraf” hardware-software complex, which enables objective evaluation of the cardiovascular system and autonomic nervous regulation in athletes. Key heart rate variability indicators in the time and frequency domains (SDNN, NN, LF, HF, LF/HF, Stress Index) were analyzed, and their significance in reflecting adaptive capacity, stress response, and autonomic balance of the organism was determined.
