This article addresses the development of a methodology for preparing cadets for extreme situations through physical training based on functional training tools, as well as the experimental substantiation and evaluation of its effectiveness. During the study, the cadets were divided into experimental and control groups, and a training system focused on functional fitness development was implemented. The experimental results demonstrated statistically significant positive changes in indicators of speed, strength, endurance, and functional work capacity. The findings confirm that functional training tools are highly effective in ensuring physical resilience under extreme service conditions, enhancing movement efficiency, and preparing cadets for practical professional duties.
