The article examines issues related to improving the system of training qualified personnel for Uzbekistanʼs sports sector and enhancing their professional competence. The advantages of integrating educational, scientific, and managerial processes based on a cluster approach in sports education are analyzed. Innovative approaches in the professional development system, the growth of scientific potential, and the potential to utilize digital technologies are also highlighted.
